Styling Borders With CSS

With only using HTML tags it is not possible to set the borders for different elements other than tables. CSS provides a lots of properties that deals with the applying and formatting the borders making the element stand out.

Border is kind of line between padding and margin of any element. Using CSS attributes you can apply different styles to borders and make elements attractive and different. With the help of so many available border properties you can set the styles for all four sides of border either different or same. You can also set the width of border as much as require. Below we provided a list of some styles that can be applied to element’s border in CSS.
